MAINTENANCE

1. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
   • Possess knowledge of all round building maintenance and repairing jobs, i.e. repairing skill of the electrical appliance, water piping, air cont maintenance, painting and carpenter work will be required.
   • Working experience in the building maintenance or related industries.
   • Electrical wiring capabilities with working experience in the building maintenance or related industries.
   • Must be able to work on shift.

BELL- HOP

1. DRIVER CUM BELL BOY
   • Must retain a valid class D driving license and must be able to drive a van.
   • Applicant must not retain P driving license.
   • Must be able to work on shift.
